    I recently picked up a pre ordered iphone X from this location. The current manager assisted me and offered to help set up my phone (backing up my phone to icloud, emailing my UPS label for trade-in device, etc.). However, he never informed me of a set up fee and charged me. I asked politely for a refund and informed him of the situation, but quickly became a “he said, he said” conversation. I am currently disputing the charge with my bank, but chose to go through the ideal progressions and have a conversation with the store first. Sadly, it was not resolved so here I am writing this review. Not only was the issue not resolved, said manager seemed to convey stupidity on my part with his tone when asked to spell his higher up’s/boss’ name. In all honesty, maybe you should always ask a retail store about service charges when offered a service, but there has to be some integrity and ethical standard when informing customers of such standard service fees. I never write reviews, but felt I had to write one so others know to ask about fees and protect themselves from possible unethical sales tactics, especially from the leading telecommunications company that is Verizon. Once again, very sad this happened...I did not disclose the name of the manager to give him a chance this sales tactic, scam, personally I just call it dishonesty, etc. is not ok and to provide full disclosure/honesty moving forward. Good luck to him, the store, the company and the customers. I really hope something positive comes out of this.

    Never really had good service with Verizon employees until Mike stepped up and helped me with my phone. Very knowledgeable and willing to help, he listened well and gave the right advice. Thanks Mike!
