  Beware! The workers try to rip you off and they lie every chance they get to coerce you into buying a new phone. They cannot be trusted. I went there to have my phone troubleshot since it wouldn't charge. The guy in the store didn't bother troubleshooting my phone. Instead he told me it was nothing that they can do and that I have to buy a new phone. I went to Verizon because I was about to switch if I had to buy a new phone after already paying my perfectly working phone off. Verizon immediately started troubleshooting my phone and found that I just needed a new charger smh. Shame on T-Mobile.
